Description:

Arcturians are said to originate from the star Arcturus, in the Boötes Constellation. Arcturians are said to be exceptionally logical, and nearly emotionless; Despite this, contactee reports describe them as shephards of humanity, protecting and guiding us to an eventual 'Ascension'. The topic of humanity's ascension from 3rd to 4th dimentional beings is frequently referenced in discussions about belevolent alien races.

They share many descriptors, both appearance and culture based, with the Andromedans. While the original contactee-reports are seemingly unrelated, the two species often come up in similar discussion circles regarding topics such as the star-seed theory, or other benevolent alien races and different intergalactic councils. The star-seed theory claims that there are humans on Earth with souls originating from, or ancestors originating from, other planets or constellations.

Cayce referred to Arcturus as a 'gateway' and claimed the Arcturians were the most advanced race in the universe. He had approximately 30 psychic readings where the Arcturians were directly mentioned; and beleived the Arcturians had a direct hand in the advancement of the human race.
